In winter, is it warm in classrooms of countryside?Hou Deqian, etc. 
 Students at Da Shan Tun elementary schools, Yang Fa county, Liaoning Province are taking raw mine stones to school during lunch break.
 On Dec. 2, For Suzhi elementary school, Sanla autonomous region, Xunhua, Qinghai Province, it is difficult to purchase coal due to financial difficulty. Each classroom has supply of coal for about 2 hours.  The 4th grade pupils of Yushutuo elementary school, Baojiatun District, Faku County, Liaoyang, Liaoning Province were studying in classroom (Nov. 16). Like Dashantun elementary school, this school obtained coal supply. At this time, the classrooms were heated. Students could heat their lunches too.  On Dec. 2, the kindergarden pupils of Dashantun elementary school, Baojiatun District, Faku County, Shenyang, Liaoning Province put their hands on the heater in their classroom and said "not warm". The school has been forced to provide heat to different classes at different time.  On Dec. 3, the kindergarden pupils of Lijiazhuang elemetary school, Hualong autonomous region, Qinghai Province had to study in a classroom without heat at all. Due to budget crisis, some elementary and middle schools in eastern area of Qinghai Province showed significant problem to provide heat to students. Students had to suffer in cold classrooms in winter.  In front of a mine company in Tiefa city, Liaoning Province, there was a line of trucks (Nov. 16) waiting to obtain coal. Since winter season, this phenomenon has been very common. Most of the elementary and middle schools of Faku County depend on coal supply from Tiefa city.  Principal Wang Jingzhu of Dashantun elementary school, Baojiatun District, Faku County, Shenyang, Liaoning Province pointed to the remaining coal and said: "This will last for only a week for our school."
