An Niu Niu - An unfair girl of less than one year oldZhongnunanping The unfairly treated girl is called Niu Niu. After two month she was borned, her family home was destroyed by government for the construction of ZhongguanCun West District in Beijing. Niu Niu and her sister became homeless with their parents. From that date on, they started their long journey to appeal: to Beijing government, to Appealing court, ... This poor baby of still under one year old already has 8 months of appealing history. She lived under highway-ramp, in detention center. When she was 6 months old, she could say "Yuan" (meaning unfair) when she couldn't say "Ma Ma" (meaning mother) clearly. The voice touches my heart. Because she is the second child which violated the one-family-one-child policy, she is not even registered. Officially, she does not exist.  Niu Niu An

 Niu Niu's mother Lu Shurong said, "I would have been detained if Niu Niu were older. Now her father is in detention center. When he is released, I will be put there."
 Without understanding their mother's worries, the sisters smiled in front of camera.
